The world has become increasingly chaotic and I know that it can feel very overwhelming to manage everyday life, without even taking global events into account. We can connect with people across the world in an instant, yet we are more disconnected from our own inner being than ever before. That is why this work is so important now. The world certainly isn’t showing signs of slowing down anytime soon, and it would benefit us all to put as many healthy coping mechanisms in our tool box as possible.

I know what it’s like: living in dysregulation, feeling overwhelmed, stressed out, scattered, or disconnected. You long to feel liberated, joyful, and at ease. You want to feel safe in your body, connected to your soul, and comfortable expressing your authentic truth.
You’re tired of overthinking, overworking, and over-stressing. You are ready to fully trust in source and anchor into love so that you feel grounded, connected, and at peace.
This is possible for you. We are meant to live in love, joy, peace, and harmony 80-90% of the time. It was our natural way of being before distortions were placed upon us. Emotions are just temporary visitors. We aren’t meant to stay in chronic stress, overwhelm, shame, anxiety, guilt, or regret.

There are times on this journey of life when we start to feel that our old forms, beliefs, or identity structures are no longer valid.
It often comes down to a profound, cellular knowing that our lives are meant for something more, even if we aren’t exactly certain what that something is just yet.
We may long to become a butterfly, but feel fear over saying goodbye to our caterpillar form. Perhaps in many ways, we have enjoyed being a caterpillar. Being a caterpillar is also comfortable and familiar. The idea of gaining our wings and taking flight, may seem scary, far-fetched, or even impossible to you. But, still your soul yearns for this.
Too often in life we feel the soul calling us to something greater, but don’t answer the call due to fear of the unknown. Transformation can be a scary process because it requires that you step out of your comfort zone and let go of the world as you know it.

What you’ll receive in The Embodied Soul Program:
8 somatic yoga sessions: Each practice is 60 minutes long and is a blend of yoga, somatic healing, mindfulness, meditation, and breathwork. This somatic yoga series is designed to take you on a hero’s journey through the chakras, the body’s energy centers.
8 group coaching sessions: Group coaching is offered on Tuesdays at 7pm EST via Zoom. Recordings are provided for those who cannot make it live. These sessions are interactive. So, come with questions to get coached on.

I wear many hats, but my favorite one is mom! I’m a transpersonal psychologist, life coach, yoga and meditation teacher, and founder of HeartFirst Education, whose mission is to educate the whole person, heart first.
My greatest passion is helping people heal, grow, and transform their lives. I believe that we are all here on this planet for a spiritual purpose and my mission as a coach is to help you come into alignment with yours.
My approach to healing and wellness is holistic and encompasses all aspects of the human experience: mind, body, spirit, and heart.
I hold a Master of Arts in Transpersonal Psychology with specialization in Transformational Life Coaching. I am a 200-hour certified yoga teacher, certified Yoga EQ leader, and hold an International Certificate of Behavioral Studies.
