This is a daily 20-minute yoga and meditation class for preschoolers. Students can join or leave at any time. Classes will consist of mindfulness meditation, breathing exercises, yoga poses, singing, dancing, storytelling, games, drawing, and sometimes even mindful eating.
Parents will be informed in advance of any additional supplies such as drawing paper or snack that are needed for class. Students should come to class dressed in comfortable clothing to stretch in and be in a room free of distractions if possible. Yoga mats are highly encouraged, but not required. Due to the children’s young age, it is recommended that parents stay close by to help keep children engaged and prevent possible injury that could occur if not properly supervised.
